CHRIS RICKETT - Manager, Entrepreneurship Services, Enterprise Toronto

Chris Rickett is the Manager of Entrepreneurship Services for the City of Toronto.  Chris works with a dedicated team that encourages entrepreneurship, innovation and investment in the City through collaboration with public and private sector partners.

His past vocations include an array of interesting and odd endeavors, including small business owner, magazine publisher, magician, punk rock concert promoter, environmental planner, economic development professional and community rabble-rouser. Chris also founded North America's largest eco-business zone – Partners in Project Green - which is focused around Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with Honours in Planning from the University of Waterloo and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Western Ontario, both of which he completed while serving as a municipal councillor in the City of Stratford, Ontario.
